How we help

We understand that every penny matters, and no matter how little you think you own, your Will is important at an already stressful time to save your family and friends from severe difficulty, both emotional and financial. Our team specialises in Will writing, Inheritance Tax advice and planning, Estate Administration, and Trust and Court of Protection work — ensuring your Will is drafted in the most tax-efficient manner.

The importance of the Islamic, or Shari’ah-compatible, Will is derived from the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the Islamic Law of Inheritance. Within an Islamic Will, property and money are distributed and inherited in a specific manner set out according to the Qur’an, Hadith, and the codification of Islamic scholars. Without a valid Islamic Will, your estate will not be inherited or distributed in accordance with Shari’ah law, and it will not be possible to leave a Wasiyyah — up to one third of your estate left to someone who does not automatically inherit under Shari’ah law. We take you through the entire process step by step, so your decisions comply fully with Islamic/Shari’ah law.

How we charge

We have a fair and reasonable pricing policy. We aim to keep things as transparent as possible, with no hidden extras. At your first meeting with our solicitors, you’ll be advised on our fees and funding and how we calculate our charges, with a detailed breakdown of estimated total costs wherever practicable.

VAT & disbursements

VAT is payable on our invoices. Where your matter involves disbursements — such as barrister’s fees, court fees, or other third-party costs — we’ll explain these clearly as part of your estimate. Please contact us so we can assess the fees and funding for your matter.

Protect what matters most

A clear, tax-efficient Will gives your family certainty when it matters most.
