How we help

When a relationship breaks down, individuals are in dire need of legal advice and support. That’s why we have a dedicated department offering expert advice and guidance on family law matters.

Each client’s circumstances are uniquely different, and there are many factors to consider before deciding which course of action to take. We help you and your family through the decision-making process — for example, deciding who the children will live with, contact arrangements with the other parent, and financial and property matters.

We can also take the pressure off you when dealing with the courts, holding your hand through the whole process so you have a clear and precise understanding of what each step involves.

Fees & funding

Family Law fees

How we charge

We have a fair and reasonable pricing policy. We aim to keep things as transparent as possible, with no hidden extras. At your first meeting with our solicitors, you’ll be advised on our fees and funding and how we calculate our charges, with a detailed breakdown of estimated total costs wherever practicable.

VAT & disbursements

VAT is payable on our invoices. Where your matter involves disbursements — such as barrister’s fees, court fees, or other third-party costs — we’ll explain these clearly as part of your estimate. Please contact us so we can assess the fees and funding for your matter.
