We have a fair and reasonable pricing policy. This is a guide to our estimated fees for commercial lease transactions, based on standard services — the fee may vary if a matter involves exceptional complexity, urgency, value, time, or unsociable hours.
We’ll discuss your specific requirements before instruction and provide a bespoke estimate in our client care paperwork, sent to you at the outset of the matter. Please note that VAT is payable on our invoices.
